Help us with our newest fundraising event, the Spring Tablescapes Showcase benefitting Little Hands Virginia. We need volunteers to assist designers with set up on Wednesday, April 26th from 2:00-4:00pm. We also need help during both events that are part of the Spring Tablescapes Showcase - the cocktail reception from 6:00pm-8:00pm on Wednesday, April 26th and the luncheon on Thursday, April 27th from 10:00am-2:00pm. We need a lot of help during the luncheon with check-in, helping direct people, assisting with the art silent auction, and resetting the room for lunch. Attire for volunteers helping with the cocktail reception on the 26th is Spring Festive. Attire for volunteers helping with the event on the 27th is a nice dress or skirt/slacks and blouse (IE church clothes; no jeans). Attire for set up and clean up is casual. Due to the time of the event and the delicacy of materials, all volunteers must be at least 22.
